CFPaypal is an open source product released under the Apache 2.0 license, you are free to use and distribute CFPaypal with your applications. All we request is to let us know if you are using CFPaypal in your application so that we can maintain a master list of all the CFPaypal users and help us promote this project.
What all Paypal API does CFPaypal supports
CFPaypal 1.0 Release supports "Website Payments Standard" which includes IPN (instant payment notification), PDT (payment data transfer).
Future Plans
CFPaypal will be extended to implement Website Payment Pro and Express Checkout
